Epidural Steroid Injection
SI Joint Injection
This procedure can be both diagnostic and therapeutic for inflammation and pain caused by arthritis at the joint where the spine meets the hip.

This is a diagnostic procedure for the back or neck to confirm whether the facet joints are indeed the source of pain.
RFA
This minimally invasive, outpatient procedure, also called radiofrequency (RF) rhizotomy, may reduce the pain coming from facet joints by disrupting the medial branch nerves that carry the pain signals.

Intrathecal Pump
The intrathecal pump (ITP) can reduce chronic pain by using small amounts of medicine applied directly to the area around the spinal cord. ITP candidates include people with pain from cancer and people with pain for whom conservative treatments have failed and surgery is not likely to help.

Our practice has been offering comprehensive pain management services in San Diego County since 2016.
